Kyle from KBF Design has nothing less than transform what used to be a pleasant, functional house into a beautiful, comfortable home which we absolutely adore!
It's simply stunning and yet still welcoming, with so many special touches that we would never have thought about doing. Kyle's vision is way beyond anything we could have ever imagined, yet still sympathetic with what we like/dislike and able to work within the budget available.
He also creates a 3D image of his designs so you can actually see and feel how it's going to look! It's amazing.
Kyle has now worked on several rooms in our house but the highlight has got to be the most incredible office space he designed and created for us which has been put to very good use during lockdowns and beyond.
If you are looking for an interior designer, then look no further. You won't be disappointed.

What’s your interior design process?
We use a 3 stage design process.
Stage One
Detailed Brief and site Survey
Using our tailored questionnaire we sit down with you, getting to know you and how you like to live and the goals for the project.
We then take all the information and provide you with a formal brief to make sure we are on the same page.
Stage Two
We develop a conceptual design for the space. Using 3D modeling and reference imagery.
We have another meeting to discuss the ideas and the scope of the project.
Stage Three
We take the agreed concept and develop this into technical design plans and final mood and sample boards.
We also supply you with an itemised quote for recommend design elements. We can then supply and fit all elements detailed.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of each project, no two designs are the same.
The most rewarding part of any design is knowing that there is a little bit of design magic in each project, making them truly unique.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Design has always been a part of who I am. From a very young age, I have had a hyper-awareness of my surroundings and frustration for things not working properly.
Design is about problem-solving and figuring out how to make the unseen option possible.

This gives us an insight into how our clients live their lives, from daily routines, favourite restaurants, hotels, holidays, music and fashion.
All of this allows us to elevate the standard showhome look to something that has intelligent references that will give you a true connection to your spaces.
We work up and down the United Kingdom but mainly focus on the West Midlands, East Midlands, London and Brighton.

Yes we can easily work remotely, where possible we do like to do at least the initial meeting and survey in person.
Feasibility Study
Some clients who are taking on a big product.
Whether that be a new build or renovation are unsure the layouts of the property will suit their every day need whilst making the absolute most of their investment.
This product allows us to get to know you enough study existing plans or create new ones, making changes where necessary to make sure that your new home is perfectly suited to you.
This product gives you a general layout for a room, covering furniture size and layout, electrical and plumbing points.
All giving you the peace of mind that you can take the design forward knowing things will be in the right place.
This product is priced at £395 per room.
You will be provided with A1 plans suitable for construction.
This product will not give you a style or aesthetic design, this is focused on a technical/construction layout.
Complete Room Design
This product includes everything from the feasibility study but will also give you a complete style, aesthetic design, technical layout and itemized quotation.
At the end of the design process.
You will be provided with
Digital Design Board
Samples swatches for main finishes
A1 Plans suitable for construction
Itemise quotation for recommended design elements.
This product is priced at £795+VAT per room.
