I am a sports therapist based in gloucester, currently therapist for international players from wales masters womens hockey teams.
I aim to help anyone suffering with musculoskeletal issues. I offer injury assessment, treatment, and progressive rehabilitation pre/ post surgical to return to sport / daily function using a range of appropriate treatment modalities.

Sports Massage
30 / 45 / 60 minute treatments
Myofasical Cupping
In addition to sports massage or on its own, best described as the circles on backs of swimmers at the olympics. Lifts skin layers to promote healing and flushing toxins from the body.
Dry Needling
Promotes range of movement, pain managememt, flexibility, healing, circulation increases.
Electrotherapy

Injury assessment and management
Diagnostic testing to get to the route of the injury, plan for injury management and rehab back to full function.
Rehab programmes
Pre / post surgery, injury management and return to play. Bespoke plans using range of modalities
Spinal and peripheral mobilisations
Joint mobilisations to improve range of movement, pain management
Taping
KT and Rigid taping, postural / pre match.
