He kindly came out on a Sunday afternoon, stayed until the job was done even though it was getting into the evening, explaining what he was doing (and in a way I understood, despite being more mature of limited IT knowledge!). I contacted Khalifa as my PC hard drive had apparently "died". Within 24 hrs Khalifa was here and in under 2 hours and a new hard drive later (he tried to retrieve data from the old hard drive but it was impossible), I was up and running again. He arrived on time and was friendly, helpful and patient, not to mention knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Khalifa. Any computer problems, Khalifa is your man. My computer was flashing and not working and I was unable to resolve this issue myself. I called Kb computer repairs Saturday midday and Khalifa came later that afternoon, I couldn't believe how prompt the service was. Brilliant service. My HP laptop had a broken screen. I called Khalifa on Monday and my laptop was fixed by Saturday. The price was the same as I had been quoted at PC World and the service was so much better. No sending my computer off and waiting for 2 weeks without it. Khalifa came to me and fixed it at my house.
