Thank you for helping deal with the recent departure of my closest friend. You've given me what I need to be strong and move forward.

As a counsellor that practises psychotherapy and has extensive experience with In my own practice in London, as one professional in relation to another, I recommend her to all clients wanting the best response. Her understanding and knowledge is phenomenal and I never hesitate to recommend clients to her, as our ethos and approach is for the client, about the client and as a therapist myself, this is what excellent therapy is about. Kay is fantastic - she gave me the steps so I could rebuild my confidence. She's a great listener and I found it really easy to open up to her. I'm a much happier person now and I've got tools that I'll use for the rest of my life. I found myself looking forward to our weekly sessions. If you're not sure whether to have counselling, take the plunge! More...

I can’t recommend Kay highly enough. She is very professional and patient with a lovely caring and warm manner. If you are considering counselling give her a call. She works wonders!! I have to admit I was pretty sceptical before we started but feel like a different person now. She is great to work with. More...

I worked with Kay for a while, she’s very empathic, has a lot of knowledge and helped me to understand my own mind better. I hadn’t realised the impact of my history on me but with her help I was able to deal with everything and stop it effecting me in the present. I would highly recommend working with Kay. More...

Kay is very sympathetic. We worked together for nearly a year. There were problems with the therapy too... mostly triggers that need to be worked on separately as CPD. Overall though.. a good experience. More...

For years, I put off counselling thinking it would never help me until I was recommended Kay. Kay's welcoming and made me feel comfortable talking. Kay has even me closure which I was so desperately for and given me techniques which I still try to use today. Thank you for everything. More...

I contacted Kay for counselling. I held onto her number for months before picking up the courage to call, I'm glad I did and I should have called her sooner. She helped me resolve my issue and supported me throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to everyone. If you want to sort out your issue - give her a call! More...

I turned to counselling and Kay when I started to have regular alcohol fuelled arguments with my partner, not wanting to ruin my relationship and not liking the person I was after a drink I decided it was time for a bit of 'self development', taking the first step to make an appointment was hard, it took me several weeks and several more arguments to finally take the plunge, then one hungover Saturday I sent the email to arrange my first session, I was still in two minds, part of me thought it would be a waste of money, everyone argues, and another part of me thought I would be labelling myself as crazy, unable to cope, but I went through with it and went to my first appointment. I can honestly say I haven't looked back once,I instantly warmed to Kay, she made me feel welcome and I instantly knew I could talk openly and honestly to Kay. Kay has helped me open up and understand myself, learning what was causing the arguments and how to address past issues that I had been struggling with and prevent them from impacting my future, i have learnt so much more about myself as a person, all my initial concerns about what therapy meant have long since disappeared, I don't feel as though it is a taboo or sign of weakness, therapy for me is self development, I am looking after myself mentally and emotionally, just as I would look after myself physically by going to the gym. I made a conscious decide for 2015 to be a year of self improvement and I can honestly say Kay and my sessions with her are the centre of this. I would recommend 'therapy' to anybody who wants to learn more about themselves, deal with any past issues and learn to love themselves :) More...

I was scared of going into Counselling and I'm glad I did. I felt welcomed by Kay, she always listened to me, gave me my space to talk, allowed me to work at my pace which helped me work through my issues. She is very knowledgeable on a lot of issues and she helped me to understand what was going on for me and made sense of things that I couldn't make sense of. I would recommend anyone who has any issue to see Kay - you work together to resolve your issues: I always felt support by her and I've managed to work through some of the big issues I had and now I'm focusing on me and my self development!
