I love teaching Primary English, which is my main subject, by making it fun and interactive with games and varied activities to support reading, writing, phonics, grammar and spelling skills with all levels of children. I have over 30 years of experience and whilst teaching the whole curriculum I have a passion for English and enjoy sharing and promoting that love of reading and writing with others.

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know different people and helping children fall in love with literacy! I love making reading and writing fun and seeing children make brilliant progress whilst enjoying themselves. Seeing someone grow in confidence to the point where they love our lessons gives me a huge buzz of excitement and satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love teaching but I love being able to spend time with individuals and small groups instead of always working with large groups of students. I want to spend time helping children learn rather than managing piles of paperwork!
Why should our clients choose you?
It is so important for students to enjoy their time with their tutor and the relationship between pupil and teacher is vital. I have always had a great time with my students and it is so much fun it really doesn't feel like work! I take the time to tailor lessons to individual interests whilst still ensuring great progress and do my very best to make sure you enjoy your learning.

Absolutely! I love online work! I work on zoom and pupils will just need their laptop, a quiet space, some paper and a pencil for us to get started.
