Initial contact was made 24/2 (yesterday). Due to family illness there was a delay speaking today (25/2).

Only had 1 session so far, but our puppy is doing so much better and we're on our way to having a lovely big dog.
Got 4 more sessions booked and can't wait

Our dog loves her days with Katie. She is professional, reliable, calm and flexible. Also, Katie was great helping our dog get more confident with water.

Katie is very good at what she does. Our 4 month old Bernese puppy learnt 2 more new commands during the 1 session.

Made initial contact 10th April, reply received 11th and on 13th April appointment made for 17th April. This she cancelled by email the night before. Appointment rearranged on 18th April for 20th. This she cancelled on the morning of the appointment, again by email. Rearranged for the third time for 23rd April and this she cancelled with 4 hours notice; again by email. So two weeks after making first contact, appointment has been rearranged three times by the business owner and then cancelled with increasingly shorter notice! More...

She and her team have been very professional, helpful and supportive of Bonnie and my situation. They have never refused any extra time and work that I have requested and always take good care of my girl making sure she gets properly walked and has a lot of fun with a small group if other dogs too. I would like a dog training/day walker for my puppies
