About

I have an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and I work with people to address many different things from body confidence and self-love, to positive mentalities and achieving goals. I use techniques based in psychological theory as well as bringing practices from my meditation qualification to give you the most holistic and tailored approach that suits your needs.

Every session has been tailored to what I have been going through and Kathryn always takes the time to check in midweek to make sure the session matches what is most important to me. Over the past 12 weeks we have uncovered so many hidden blocks which I never knew existed! I feel so much more in control of my emotions now and I’m so much more aware of how I’m feeling and everything that is happening in my life. People have commented on where my new found confidence has come from without even knowing I’ve been working on it. I feel like I’m glowing and couldn’t be happier. Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and is always available for support and to help guide me through. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve signed up for more as I can’t wait to keep growing! More...

Helping people make a huge impact on their lives and becoming the person they want to be, whatever that looks like. I love providing people a safe space to be their true selves and where they are able to find the answers to their questions.

I believe that giving people an opportunity to thrive is so important. A place where people can continue to work on themselves, and I believe that there is a lack of safe spaces for this. Therefore, I wanted to create my own.

In my sessions there is no judgement or expectation. You come for you, and we work on what you want to work on. It's important to me that people feel safe and able to be themselves.

All my sessions are provided online, via video call through FaceTime or Zoom.

Services

During these sessions we look at where your confidence maybe lacking and what is getting in your way from knowing your self-worth

Here we look at improving your mental wellbeing, and addressing what maybe impacting it. This is NOT about toxic positivity, but rather how you can create a positive relationship with all your emotions.

In these sessions we work on understanding what your goals are and what will get you there. I am here to help to meet each step and hold you accountable. We may also address any barriers that are getting in the way of you achieving these goals

Helping you to identify the areas in your life that are causing you stress and how you can work to reduce the impact that they are having.
