I received the most amazing Deluxe Reflexology treatment, by Anne, at the Gate Lodge yesterday. I spent 80 minutes in a blissful state of relaxation and even nodded off a few times! !! Anne has an amazing touch and a gentle personality that makes you feel welcome and at ease the minute you walk through the door. I would recommend this superb treatment to everyone. Only the feet and lower legs need to be exposed which is very reassuring for those people who are not comfortable with treatments that require fully undressing. I had the pleasure of having an amazing 2 hour treatment with Glynis, consisting of body massage, Indian head massage and facial. I spoke with Glynis about experiencing bad lower back pain due to training and she spent time treating this specific area, relieving so much built up tension in the muscles. My first visit to the Gatelodge and an apt with the gentle but amazing Maureen Curran - such a calming space welcomes you followed by Reflexology and an Indian Head Massage - loved the treatments and the use of oils chosen by Maureen - she is surely an earth angel - I'll def return and recommend to others - parking can be a bit of an issue but send the parking angels ahead of you, trust and give thanks and you'll never have a problem � x
