Ordered a special bouquet for a magician to bring in to my friends 50th, asked for it to be black and red with playing cards in. Was asked my budget and she said she “loves a challenge” so I paid. A friend just picked up a plain bouquet which I couldn’t be more disappointed with. Kates response was absolutely dumbfounding.
