Q&As

I love that i get to build connections with clients from all over the world. I get a sense of gratitude and owe when someone allows themselves to be vulnerable around me. I find it an honor to support others to feel more content in their lives.

One of my biggest personal values is freedom. I found working for my self allowed me much more time to concentrate on my clients.

I have a very fun, relaxed, honest, and wise way of working. One of my priorities when starting out is to build a honest, authentic relationship with my clients. This enables change to start. I want you to feel excited but also challenged in the areas you need to develop.

Yes i work Via Zoom but happy to use any platform that you feel comfortable with.

Used online services to support my clients. I do have a room that a rent out in Durham area that is all covid safe.

Offering permanent and fast transformation in as few as one to three sessions, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and neuroscience.

Aiming to produce results quickly, efficiently, and permanently, this type of therapy typically lasts for one to three sessions. The main reason why RTT® hypnotherapy is extraordinarily effective is because of its techniques and the structure of the session.

The session is about 90 to 120 minutes long. It starts with a short chat about the issue, but since we know that 90% of all our behaviours, issues and habits are rooted in the subconscious mind, it’s much more important to discover what these roots are in its core. A client then enters the state of hypnosis, which in other words means a very relaxed and calm state of mind of alpha brainwaves where the door to the subconscious mind opens.

Following your sessions with a therapist, you typically receive a bespoke recording which you can listen to for a set period of time (usually 21 days or longer). This can help to rewire your brain, helping you to adapt and change your thought processes. Through changing unhelpful thought processes and patterns, the idea is that you can make significant changes to your actions, and how they affect your life.

Sessions and recordings are personalised to best address your unique situation and needs. One of the key benefits of RTT® therapy, for many, is the short time frame in which many report seeing positive results.

RTT uses regression in order to get to the core of the issue. It is extremely important that the client gains the understanding of why the issue developed in the first place and why it still persists in their life. Only after that can they really move on.

Hypnotherapy can be done on its own or combined with the Coaching program.

£60 Per 50 minute walk (Only available within north east UK area)

Walk and talk therapy can be an especially helpful method of working for people who don't have the opportunity to get out into nature very often and for those who feel as if they thrive better when they do. I have learnt that having therapeutic conversations with clients in the great outdoors, either while walking, sitting in a wooded clearing, or a mixture of both, adds a totally different and positive dynamic to the experience.

Of course, counselling in-clinic, over the phone and online still has a place for many clients. However, as the choice of how sessions take place must always sit with the client, it’s important to outline the benefits of walk and talk counselling to understand more options.

Outdoor counselling is good for those who may feel a little anxious or claustrophobic in the environment of a one-on-one session in a room - the potential intensity of eye contact is removed for those who find it an uncomfortable part of therapeutic work.
When we move our bodies and shift our environment, we can think differently about aspects of our lives that have before seemed immovable. Being outdoors is a physically more relaxing experience for our bodies and, therefore, our minds are freer to open up.
Working therapeutically outdoors can help with feelings of being “stuck”, as we are moving forwards in the sessions physically and the sense of looking forwards to the changes that clients want from therapy.
Being outside releases endorphins and is generally mood-enhancing, can support weight loss, lowers blood pressure, boosts immunity, speeds up digestion, and improves heart health.
Walking together side by side also means a sense of equality and union in the partnership between client and counsellor, along with the often hugely valuable silences in therapy that are much easier to bear for many people.
