Kate Robbins Therapy offers Sports/ Holistic Massage and Personal Training in and around Stratford-upon-Avon. Services are delivered either on a mobile basis, where I come to you, or from my treatment room. Services include tradition holistic massage such as Swedish and Indian Head Massage, remedial massage including Sports, Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga Massage and Personal Training.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I specialise in working with people with complex needs and restrictions by designing and supporting exercise programs that help you to maintain or improve your physical health.
These needs can include chronic health conditions like Parkinson's, MS, Motorneurons disease or high blood pressure, acute complaints like joint replacements, surgery and post injury rehabilitation or mental health conditions, like anxiety and depression all of which have been shown to benefit greatly from regular exercise.
All my sessions are delivered 1:1 in complete privacy either in your home or my therapy room and I provide all the equipment that is required. I am discreet, patient, understanding and kind, I will never push you to do something you are uncomfortable with, make you feel inadequate or incapable and I will tailor all sessions to focus on what you can do, never on what you can't.
