Accredited by the ACCPH I deliver counselling and coaching online to over 18’s. I am currently training with the Center of Thriving Relationships to gain specialist skills in helping with relationship issues for individuals and couples. I am also a volunteer mentor and counsellor for a local youth charity so have extensive experience with young adults and the challenges they face.

What do you love most about your job?
I have such a passion for what I do and care deeply about helping people who are ready to make positive life changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Married for nearly 20 years and a parent of two teenagers I am passionate about how counselling can help us navigate the ups and downs of our busy crowded lives. The effects of Covid hit us all in different ways and this inspired me to embark on my counselling journey having already been a student of CBT and NLP to Master Practitioner level.
