What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to enable others to change something that they want to be different. I feel very lucky every day to be able to do the work that gives me enormous personal satisfaction, whether in the classroom, or team building with a group of employees, or working one to one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was due to retire from the police (as a national leadership trainer) and wanted to work with people in a way that could make a real difference to them
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring extensive knowledge and experience of coaching skills, as well as years of leadership experience (since 1989) and a broad depth of leadership skills, models and techniques. I am able to help people find a way to overcome their challenges and develop new skills. By helping my coaching clients work in their stretch zone, I can help them move on to greater achievements. My training skills help people to become better leaders - improving performance, increasing motivation and managing those difficult areas, such as work/life balance.
