I usually prepare my own visa applications, however on this occasion and considering the importance of my application for British citizenship, I decided to use a professional.
On a google search, I found John Paul (Kas & Co Solicitors). I chose John as he was offering a full package at a fixed price. His approach was exactly what I needed - simple, accurate, always approachable, knew what he was doing, ensured that my documentation was complete (what was needed and what was not needed) and without fuss or time delay. The result was that I received approval of my application in 2 months (not 3 to 6 as advised), without any questions. I'm happy to fully recommend John to anyone looking for similar services and in fact, I will use John for my wife's British Citizenship application when due next year.

Earlier this year my wife’s UK spousal visa was due to expire and so in order to prepare for its renewal I attempted to use UK Visas & Immigration’s online renewal procedure.
