Working with Karolina has been amazing. She helped me get back into a sustainable fitness routine and gave me lots of advice on various exercises. She really listened to what was important to me and also provided me with a lot of information on nutrition and how to fuel my body. Before working with her I was lethargic and unmotivated and just not looking after my body
Having her support and workout plan pushed me to do my best and to enjoy the process along the way. She is a lovely person inside and out and will do anything to help. I now work out regularly everyday and make changes as needs be to modify. All I can say is she has changed my life and I am more happy in myself and my body thanks to her help and guidance and support along the way.
