I researched wedding cakes vastly and you are not only the best in the new forest area, I would say in the whole of the south. Every single guest loved this cake and said how yummy it was. I have been using Karen’s clever cakes for some years now for all occasions from birthdays, parties and yesterday for my wedding! ! Having enjoyed and been so impressed with each and every beautiful (and delicious) cake Karen delivers, there is no one else I would have trusted or asked to bake my dream wedding cake and wow, she didn’t disappoint. We tasked Karen with a 4 tiered cake with each tier a different flavour and design - topped with flowers to match my dream flower bouquet - the cake was everything I had ever dreamt it would be and more!! Karen made our wedding cake for our wedding day on the 20th August, it was absolutely beautiful and everything I imagined it to look like! It was stunning on display in our ceremony and throughout our special day, we had so many beautiful compliments and it was throughly enjoyed by all of our guests, most people had taken more cake home with them but we managed to have some left over and was able to have some when we got home, Karen is very creative and listened to everything we wanted and really made it come to life!
