recently made an enquiry with Tracey (who answered my call) and nothing was a problem for her. I had many questions and each one was answered in a polite, warm and friendly manner.
What can I say? This AMAZING family run company couldn’t do enough for me! I ended up buying a refurbished power wheelchair after I felt completely looked after! Customer service sometimes goes out the window with big companies with high pressure sales BUT it wasn’t the case here… I’ve never felt so genuinely happy to have done business with such a dedicated company who look after your needs in a completely individual way! Not only that, I chanced my luck at an earlier delivery and there just happened to be one space left on the next delivery service to allow me to gain my new powered wheelchair earlier than expected! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this BRILLIANT family run company where your individual needs are catered for in such a warm and friendly manner, I came away one very happy customer!
I give this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars and if I could give them 10 stars, they would deserve it!

Very pleased with the buggy which is our first so we are beginners. Thanks to john who delivered it for all his help and patience. We felt quite confident that we could go out on the buggy safely.
