Kara has has been carrying out coaching with myself since the beginning of 2019. Kara is very engaging, calming and thorough with training techniques as well as being able to develop a better, higher understanding for myself of my working role for when engaging with colleagues and planning my work tasks, meetings and day to day normal priorities.
The coaching i have received has allowed me to be more positive, confident and productive. This was also noted through my latest PDP one to one with my line manager who commented that my development has been exceptional in the last three months.
This is massively down to Kara and the coaching she has given me. I would highly recommend Kara and I myself will continue to have coaching sessions for as long as necessary. Thank's Kara !!
