Before choosing Leeds SEO agency KAPOW, I was lucky if I was getting 5 hits a day from organic traffic on 1-2 keywords. SEO Arbiter was targeting my site with about 10 different keywords.
All of the keywords they were trying to optimize had no rankings in Google! Now all of my keywords are ranked: 2 in the top 10, 4 in the top 30 and the rest in the top 50. Now I’m getting 40-50 hits a day on nearly 30 different keywords! Kapow provided plenty of detailed reports letting you know exactly how your keywords have changed since the last update. I’m really happy with their results and communication.
By the way they do grate reDesign of websites. So my site is up to date mobile / tablet optimised.

What makes a great website?
Lots of factors are involved with making a great website, but it does depend upon the purpose for which it is designed and does it fulfil that purpose. For a website to rank high on the search engines it need to have good architecture. If it is just a brochure type site where people can go to refer to after you give them a business card then if has to look pretty and deliver relevant content. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
How much and how long will it take. With regard to Web Design this depends totally on the client. I design a draft and if they love it then it is complete very quickly.
Regarding SEO this depends upon the competitiveness of the niche and the keywords

Its not a job it is a passion - SEO is like going to war with Google every day - Love it
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have never worked for anyone but myself in the last 20 years. To think I could only work a maximum of 8 hours per day would be a real negative in my life.
