Portraying your brand image in a clear effective way with minimal navigation. We cover 2 levels of websites, those the customer wants to be able to edit themselves without paying huge amounts of money, or more complex SEO optimised sites that the customer wants us to handle for them.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your overall intention. What are your colours, fonts, and key words. Do you know specific quantities of items along with sizes and differing material weights or would you like us to advise?
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
As much detail of the brief as possible, colour, strapline, font, layouts the client likes, location, key words and as much of the content as possible. Is this for ecommerce, or another purpose? Who does the site want to reach and what message does it need to portray. A full consultation takes place before a project and at regular stages throughout.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
All sizes, no minimum or maximum order quantities. We provide a lot of leaflets, banners, signage and builders plans (and other large format print). We also provide a lot of complete package offers such as logo & website design, business cards, leaflets, letter heads and company stationery to match.
Describe your creative process.
We have several designers and are very in tune with their own specialisms. We will use the person that is most suited to your design brief.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
As much as possible! We need to know the quantity required, is the artwork ready or is design required. What material would you like to use? How quickly do you need the work?
What do you love most about your job?
The variety and often the challenge of turning around high quality projects in a very short space of time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for the same company for 26 years before it was sold by the original owner, I had to take it on, it is such a great part of my life.
