Alhamdulilah I’m grateful to Allah that I’m on this program. Honestly before I came onto the program with you. I started to do keto diet previous 3 weeks and no joke in that 3 weeks I only lost 3kg but alhamdulilah with you only in two weeks I’ve lost 5. 2kg Allahu Akbar. This is my first experience with online coaching and there is so much to say. I never thought I would do it in the first place but after seeing the material posted on the facebook group I decided it was something I should join. First and foremost, it isn’t hard. However daunting it may seem, Adam has been, professional, responsive and tailored the programme to suit me and my needs. He regularly asks for feedback and is willing to tweak the programme to meet my needs and achieve my goals. When it comes to health and nutrition, he is easily the most knowledgeable person I have come across and has taken the time to educate himself. I have no doubts in his ability to help me achieve my goals and will probably return at some point. This is all about a lifestyle change, and he has given me the tools to make those changes with ease. Very good value for what is on offer. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services. More...

If you want to lose fat, build muscle or both then Adam is the person who can help you achieve your desired results using a proven, time tested and scientific approach. The way he simplifies the steps required for a certain result is amazing and is easy to follow. Using his simple steps for nutrition, exercise and mindset, I managed to lose over 3kg in my first week whilst eating delicious foods that I love too. I thought I would give a review of how my journey has gone so far. I am currently in week 6 of Adams 12 week program and I can honestly say this has been one of my best investments EVER. Background: I have always been skinny fat and have been labelled as someone who has a 'fast metabolism' due to the volume I could eat and not put weight on. Exercise: I used to train in martial arts so alot of core exercises and conditioning body-weight exercises. As lockdown hit, this turned non-existent and like many my activity level dropped. My expectations: My goal by the end of the program was to lose the puppy fat I had, look toned and start to build muscle. I wanted to learn about nutrition and have a simple process to help me make decisions about food , build good sustainable habits and not have to resort to Keto/cutting out carbs and sugar. I also wanted a framework to help with exercises that would help build muscle and reduce fat. The added complexity that I wanted was due to lockdown I didn't want to go to the gym. My progress and experience: I have really benefited from the coaching delivered by Adam. Whenever I have had any queries Adam has answered promptly. He also tailors the programme to you specifically whether that is nutrition, activity or exercises. The psychology and mindset education is also essential and helps you to understand and sometimes dispel negative attitudes or beliefs about nutrition/exercise/behaviours. The resources are also very helpful, I get PDFs frequently on specific topics, with ways to help track progress, nutrition hacks, behaviour and habit based hacks. At week 6 I have definitely noticed a difference in my physique, I am looking much leaner but more importantly I feel energised and healthy. My nutrition has definitely improved and I haven't had to cut out sugar and carbs which is great. In fact I've not had to cut out my weekly takeout either! Final thoughts and advice; For anyone who is on the fence with taking his program I would say if you value your health and body and really want to make progress. Then getting a coach is the fastest way to get your results. It's a relatively small investment for a massive gain and given you have access to someone who is experienced and understands a variety of backgrounds and cultures, for me it was a no-brainer.
