Five stars happily given for cavity wall insulation. Stuart and his sidekick explained exactly what they were going to do before starting. They were happy for me to pop out and observe progress as they talked me through each stage, pointing out where existing insulation was present in the walls and where it was empty. They answered the usual questions: "Will my house be warmer? No, but when you heat your bungalow it will slow down the heat loss. Also it will keep your your home cooler inside when it's hot outside". The job took about an hour and a half for a 3-bedroom detached bungalow and they checked over their own work again before they left. The guys turned up and got to work straight away. They completed the job to my satisfaction and I paid them.

Quick to respond to request. I first spoke to Sadu on Friday who was extremely pleasant & helpful & sent someone out the following Monday to do our job. Unfortunately our original job couldn't be carried out as there was no cavity in the wall. The guys were really pleasant & advised that our house didn't actually have any cavity wall insulation at all & showed my husband that it definitely hadn't even though we were told it had been. They completed the insulation then & there after making a call to give us an updated quote which was extremely reasonable. Really good customer service & a good job. More...

Two good lads turned up and cracked on with job of filling the cavity on a largish detached house.
Worked systematically and cleanly, even the tricky access issues were overcome without drama.

I thought this company was to good to be true with it being the cheapest but it wasn’t I rang the lady up on the Tuesday she sent the lads down on the Wednesday.
