Paid £380 but have been left with fewer lights working than when started. He left at 1pm on the day with 2 lights not working, with the promise that he would return on a following date to resolve but did not. When chased I was advised that he had to isolate but would try to get someone else to attend but he did not. Further chasing was ignored and I've been left without lights that should have been fixed.
