What do you love most about your job?
I must say seeing how happy a Bride and Groom are on their wedding day, when everything comes together, venue looking stunning makes the job worth while.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to launch K.T. Weddings following my own wedding to my wonderful husband in 2012.
We didn't really know where to start! I didn't know who to turn to for advice or which suppliers would be the best to use whilst giving us great value for money.
Friends & family were there to help as much as they could, and I certainly encourage you to involve your nearest & dearest as much as you can as this whole experience will be all the more special with them sharing in this special time with you.
Before long we were over budget & wondering how on earth we were going to pay for this huge event. This was stressful! A word that I dislike when it comes to wedding planning! but it caused actual stress! The happiest day of our lives was turning into a financial nightmare, all because we didn't understand & had no professional help or guidance, we were just winging it as we were on a major budget!
All came good in the end, but we had to make sacrifices. This could all have been easily avoided, if we had the right support to hand in the first place!
From then on, I decided that, it shouldn't have to be this way & I really wanted to make things simpler for other couples getting married, to ensure that support & guidance was to hand every step of the way.
So I decided, after a long time of putting it off that actually, you know what, things are not getting any easier out there for people wanting to get married. I want to help!
So setting to work sourcing the best suppliers & packages that I could, K.T. Weddings was formed. No more going into this process blind.... Support is on hand! And I couldn't be more proud.

Event Planning
From sourcing a venue to on the day co - ordination, we will arrange as much or as little as you require for your event.
With trusted suppliers to hand we can source everything from street food vendors to florists or helium balloons.
Venue Decor/Styling
Sourced from a wide range of our own stock whether you need chair covers and sashes, starlight back drop, centre peices or a candy cart we can provide everything you could require to add that final touch to your event.
Wedding Fayre Hosting
Are you a venue wanting to attract brides to see how you could be the perfect setting to hold their wedding.
K.T Weddings will organise and host an event, encouraging brides to visit. Working with our trusted suppliers we can show how the venue would be set up and provide all the information any bride may need to ensure the day of their dreams.
