The results are outstanding, I rescued a 6 month GSD whom was very nervous around new people and would bark and some cases try to bite people if they came to close to her, after an hours Nicole showed me how to resolve this with small amounts of training everyday, a week later I'm able to have people walk past with no issues. I recommend her highly.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nichole and K-9 Balance Training & Behaviour - within a few minutes of meeting she had got the measure of our boisterous lab, Max, and had him walking to heal and eating out of her hand (literally) - amazing.
Nichole certainly knows her stuff and understands how to get the best out of our K9 friends.
She has left us after a greatly extended hour booking feeling much more confident on how to control Max and make his training so much fun.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is watching the changes in both dogs and their owners as they grow in confidence during their training. I enjoy providing the tools for dog owners to train their dog themselves and create a fantastic partnership.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spend all of my spare time with my animals (over 100), and decided to make it into a career I enjoy more than anything in the world. I enjoy the flexible working and different dog cases every day - each one different and individual.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will work with you on a 1-1 basis, whether your dog is boarding or remote/ on-site training. Each session will be specifically designed for you and your individual dog and will be easy to understand, so that you can continue the training at home.
I have three resident dogs the all clients' dogs will interact with - according to their training level.
We have access to a private training ground and vast local countryside, alongside a large, fenced back garden.
Once a client, you will have direct access to ongoing support should you need it - and can always rebook follow-up sessions as required. Existing/ Past clients will have priority over new cases.
All behaviourist clients will be provided with a written Behaviour Modification Plan for their individual dog. This can be amended throughout the process, as required.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am happy to provide remote services if required. This can either be via videos on Whatsapp, Zoom/ Teams calls, and/or via the old-fashioned telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I tend to work on a 1-1 basis anyway, but I will not currently be entering people's homes unless there is an urgent welfare concern. All training will take place either remotely, 1-1 outside, or on a Board & Train basis.

The Board & Train service gives you the option to let me do the bulk of the work for you; knowing that your dog will be part of a warm and loving home whilst training.
Before any dog returns home, you are invited to a training session to learn and understand the commands and 'rules' to follow.
It is vital that owners understand you must continue to put the work in once your dog returns to you.

Foster Boarding
If you are in the difficult situation where you are unable to provide a secure, happy home for your dog for a short period, such as moving house, family illness, bereavement, extended holiday, etc then Foster Boarding may be what you are looking for, as an alternative to rehoming or kennelling the dog.
Please contact me to discuss your requirements, and if I have the room and can cater for your dog, I will happily do so.
During their stay, your dog will be treated as part of the family and so will join in training/ exercising activities, whether at home, in the countryside or private land.
