Fantastic service. Always answered the phone or responded quickly to texts and were helpful, friendly and reassuring during a very stressful process. Flexible on dates when they kept being changed by other parties. Did the move despite several inches of snow. All in all, very happy to recommend and would definitely use again. More...

I cannot express enough how amazing these guys were in helping me move house. From the moment I reached out to Steve he has has always been available to call and discuss the move, gave advise on the process as i was a first time buyer. Within 2 hours of arriving our 3 bedroom house was empty and packed away in their vans ready to go. The two other guys he had with him were just as fantastic, moving items with care and ease, made sure all kit was moved into the rooms at the new property. They also assisted with the washing machine installation which i hadn't done before. Not only were they were professional they were also a delight and made the process care free and almost fun. I would recommend K S Removals to anyone moving home, the value for money was outstanding and the service they provided was valued at so much more. If you want a stress free move then call K & S Valley Removals. We would recommend Steve and his team 100 %. Definitely value for money. They moved us the week before Christmas 2022 , a 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom bungalow. We had a touring caravan & my motorbike to relocate as well. The guys were amazing from start to finish, arrived on time, loaded up 3 trucks, not a scratch or hole on the furniture or both properties. Even when we had a delay with the keys being handed over, Steve and his team worked in the dark to ensure that we were sorted. They even assembled the bed, placed the bedroom units & assembled the settee so that we had at least 2 rooms organised & somewhere to sleep. Brilliant and friendly! Made moving house a smooth experience, laughing and joking from start to finish, despite having to wait in the cold at one point - thanks solicitors. Can't recommend them enough!

These guys are absolutely brilliant! They were so patient, helpful and efficient. I had lots of very heavy plants and small trees, heavy and awkward exercise equipment and furniture. They handled it all very professionally and with a positive attitude. They were also very nice, friendly people, which makes a difference. I appreciated the thought they put into where my furniture went, helping me disconnect/reconnect my washing machine and being so helpful. They provided a very good quote also.
