Julia’s services have at last given some of my rental properties the face lift they needed as they have been looking a bit in need of a ‘refresh’ look for a while. Everything she suggested in terms of colour, light and space seems to have made a huge difference noticeable not just on the eye but in terms of my rent yield. I have been able to command not only higher rents but the properties concerned have been snapped up very fast. Indeed, the apartments also looked so good in the advertisement pictures that I had no shortage of viewers and so had to turn a few interested parties away. I’ve been very impressed with Julia’s affability and talent for the service . Cannot recommend Julia enough! From the outset she was so friendly and listened intently to my scattered ideas.
She was able to put together several detailed design boards that brought my living room space to life.
It included different budget options and the sources of the items that really helped me to visualise what the space could become - AND this was all through virtual consultations only - impressed!
She was also readily available when I reached out asking advice and questions, even going above and beyond to source extra items for me which helped the process go very smoothly.

Our property had been on the market for a few months before we met with Julia. She came to the house to carry out an assessment and then provided a report outlining her recommendations with a couple of design pictures.
She helped us to declutter and to thin out some furniture pieces. She then worked her magic to rearrange the remaining furniture and purchased some key items to add to the rooms. We were able to take these to our new property. It was great to get feedback from viewers about how well presented our home looked, and we sold it within a few weeks at the asking price. I highly recommend Julia and I would most definitely use her services if we ever think of moving again.
