The secret to getting a dream body is consistency. Fitness is not magic and you only get back out what you put in! This is not just in reference to the sessions but also about the nutrition consumed outside of training! You cannot out train poor diet so you have to make sure you are eating clean and focusing on all elements of your exercise regime.

Personal training allows me to be face to face with the public. I like to meet new people and help advise them along the path to achieving there optimum fitness level.

Flexibility and the desire to work for myself. I have always been involved in a family business but wanted to move into working with people one on one! Personal training provides me with unique vantage point of making a real difference in other people’s life.

Special unique style of dealing with people from all different backagrounds. I have worked with a variety of clients with a different injuries and fitness goals! I have trained clients aged 16 -75 years old.

Online and remote sessions available via zoom or Skype! These sessions last 1 hour and are ideal for really busy people or anyone isolating.

Social distancing, enhanced cleaning and wearing a mask. All the equipment is sanitised in between each client.
