Thrilled with my blinds. I ordered a whole house (7 windows) online slightly wary about what I might get for the price. I needn't have worried. They look stunning at a fraction of cost of other more well-know suppliers. Easy to fit. Customer Service was second to none. Very helpful and informative prior to ordering, proactive when the courier continually failed to deliver and extremely efficient in sorting out a problem caused by the courier. Just Blinds, WiganI have recently purchased some vertical blinds from Just Blinds in Wigan. Their Customer Service is second to none. Polite, friendly and very helpful. I ordered my blinds and realised when I collected them, that I had given them the wrong measurements for one window. I dealt with Holly each time, and I cannot thank her enough for her help and extremely quick sorting out of my mistake. First time I have used this company and have to say that I'm delighted. There was a great range of options on view in the showroom helping us to decide what we wanted, aided by very polite staff who answered our queries. We booked an appointment for a measure and to finalise our order and quote. We accepted this and the blinds were fitted 3 days later. I was told my daughters blind would be fitted between 9 and 12am. As promised I was given a phone call be the fitter. PAUL to say he was 5 mins away. Paul arrived and even cleaned the window were my daughter couldn't reach. The blinds fitted perfectly and he also re-fixed a blind to the wall that my granddaughter had pulled down. He cleaned up after himself and took the empty boxes away. People are to quick to complain but not to compliment. Paul was very friendly and helpful, I would just like for this to be recognised. I had replacement blinds fitted in my conservatory, just blinds came out measured them and replaced them within 2 weeks, the service was excellent, both the guys who came out was friendly and very professional.

Ordered two wooden blinds from them after seeing a sample in their unit in St Helens (phoned first to check it was okay).
