I recently thought that I had lost a diamond from my engagement ring and took it in to Jupps to get it replaced. Mr Jupp examined the ring and informed me that the diamond was not missing but was being obscured by dirt (imagine my embarrassment! ). He tried to clean it there and then but was not satisfied with the result, so I left it with him for a proper clean and refurbish. I was delighted with the service and my ring looks like new. I also had time to browse whilst there and the shop is full of beautiful bespoke jewellery that is extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Jupps Fine Jewellery and will be back! More...

Mr Jupp resized my signet ring. It was done beautifully, quickly and inexpensively. He even polished it at no extra charge and thus returned it to its original condition. Really lovely shop with highest quality jewellery. Staff have excellent knowledge, the goldsmith Thomas Jupp works in the back, and so helpful with the re-fashioning of a necklace that I bought their sale out of impulse, and being rather picky, just had to have it as I wanted.
