I asked the firm to quote for removing some unwanted household items, a pile of bricks, and a big pile of paving slabs in a place that was difficult to access. I accepted the quote and they came on the day and at the exact time arranged. They worked really hard, even brushing up afterwards! And the cost came in as less than the quote.
