Disgusted parent
Visited today and was grated by two young women behind the counter very rude, and unstaffed unable to do the basic booking needs of customers.
I later found out one of those ladies was the manger who had told me and family member that if weren't happy with the service we could leave. We had booked online and paid at this point but because one child had another pair of socks on from another business they were removed off the trampolines and spoken to in a manor that isn't acceptable.
Which scared the child and they understood that they weren't allowed to continue with the rest of their friends as there socks were incorrect.
This said child has Autism and does not cognitively understand or process as we all do.
So being removed and spoken to by an unknown adult in an unknown place scared the child.
Which isn't acceptable in any manor. You speak to the adults. Which lead to the child being disregulated and distressed.
Then this child was singled out on more than one occasion by staff within the building, to which the parents over heard.
Then the staff continued to talk and be disrespectful about the child and his mother in front of not only us but the public also.
Which ended up in a heated discussion at the front desk..
So on our first visit there we will not be returning. It was a disaster from start to finish.
Also double the price due to it being half term it's not worth it's money for 2 hours...
Very disappointed and felt incrediblely angry upon my visit.
At least your staff should have some compassion and understanding of children and their needs.Not to judge because what I experienced today is discrimination and it's disgusting that it's allowed...
They should also be respectful to paying customers and not make them feel uncomfortable and as if they are a laughing stock in front of a whole building full of strangers.

First time visiting and will definitely be returning! 🤩 Wasn’t busy, which was even more of a plus for us, as our eldest son is autistic. 2 & 7 year old absolutely loved it! Youngest son loved the little shops and under 5’s area but it was equally great that he could run wild and enjoy the soft play and trampolines with his brother. Hoping for a return of the SEN sessions 🤞🏼 so we can come and enjoy it a lot more. (I came against Jump warehouse was because I was looking for SEN sessions). We had a 6th birthday Party here in October. We were very impressed with the venue which immaculate and well presented. First visit to Jump Warehouse over half term with my son (7) and daughter and niece (both 4) and it was brilliant. All children were able to use the trampolines and soft play and it was great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

Visited here last week with 10 year old niece was good place friendly and helpful felt good value only negative was think it was very difficult to book and work round website tho which I think may put busy mums off going which is a shame so maybe make it more obvious that you can also ring to book a slot ! My little boy was invited to a birthday party on 25/9, this was the first time that we had been to jump and were very impressed the party was fantastic and all the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, however the party was booked 10-12pm which meant it was the first party of the day. When the second lot of parties arrived we were expected to have left the party area at 12 on the dot, there was no grace period to allow for one party to end, be cleared away and then for the following party to be set up. When trying to get my boy ready to leave because we were almost pushed out the door, i overheard a member of staff very unprofessionally saying to customers that they were “annoyed” that our party had not left so they could get the next party in. People were unable to say good bye or thank you to the party girl and her family and this very much ruined the whole experience. More...

My son had a fabulous 9th birthday party at Jump Warehouse Diss today. The whole experience was superb - couldn’t fault a thing. 😊 The children all had a whale of a time on the equipment, which was very clean and exciting to play on. The party food was amazing - well worth paying for the premium party package for the freshly made pizza, fries, vege sticks and fruit - it was delicious and plentiful. 😋Extra thank you mention for the staff, all of whom were amazingly attentive, despite it being busy for them. Omg YES I would recommend this place!! Worth every single penny!!! The kids had a excellent time!! The staff are amazing!! Every single one of them!! They are so friendly and hospitable!! Thank you to all of the staff for organising Ryan’s birthday party today and making it as stress free as possible. We just had our daughters 7th birthday here and I want to say how fabulous it was. The place is clean, spaced out and modern. The Staff were FANTASTIC. Not only with making sure we had everything we needed in the party area but also I was pleased to see lots of staff supervising the trampoline and play areas too. The party food was great - lots of it and lots of healthy fruit and veg nicely presented to that the kids wanted it! We got a free tea and coffee as the parents of bday child and she got a free slushy. we ordered a pizza and that was delicious. overall clean, organised and very professional, helpful staff. 5/5 ! what can I say, this is a world away from monsters (that we wouldn't frequent as it was just a bit too grim) it's now clean and bright and the food it healthy and fresh. The jump zone is fantastic and the climbing zone (redesigned since monsters) is brilliant with an upper age limit to prevent over boisterous older children dominating it. the mini village is fantastic and fuels the imagination of pre schoolers. the toddler zone is spacious and prefect for little people away from the older children. the menu is grown up and means parents can eat a decent meal whilst the kids blow off some steam. it's a fantastic venue in our local area. I've left the best to last. The staff! what can I say, helpful, kind, bright, professional and attentive. they are the cherry on the top of this local attraction 5* doesn't quite cut it for this attraction. 100% 5* 3* Michelin award equivalent for children's attractions! My daughter had a small party (6 in total due to restrictions) here on Friday in one of your party rooms and we were so well catered for! The service we received was exemplary and the staff team couldn't do enough for us. So clean and fresh and way more food than we really needed. The premium package party food was amazing and a huge amount of choice, include freshly made fruit pots and some really lush pizzas! Obviously the ice pops were a big hit! Excellent first visit since Jump opened. Welcomed by a lovely professional lady who talked us through our booking and found a lovely table to sit at whilst the children had a blast. The menu is excellent and we were served quickly by the lovely, cheery Izzy. Our food arrived swiftly and we ordered a variety of dishes (JP, Panini's, Chicken & Goats cheese salad, kiddies had proper home made chicken bites and fried with beans) all delicious and presented well. Staff checked we were happy and had what we needed, children were monitored on the trampolines by a nice lad who approached the boys kindly when a getting a bit wild! Took my little boy this morning who’s two and we had lots of fun, he loved the trampolining and it was lovely and empty so we had lots of room to move about from trampoline to trampoline. It was also great to have the option of the soft play incase he didn’t like the trampolining, but luckily all of it was a hit with my little one. The little shopping bit with the houses (that is nearly finished) looks great too and we hope to go back and try that out once it’s complete. We were also very chuffed to see that the big original slide was still there from Monsters. It was all very clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and all of them had a smile which was really nice as we felt very welcome.
