AVOID AVOID AVOID. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Tom started off as what we would call a great businessman. However that quickly turned sour, barely half a finished job and despite all efforts to get them to come back, they have ignored us since.

Stating that his only tree fellers mother had a tragic accident and saying we would have to pay more than agreed to have the work completed, we can see from the reviews that he is still providing his tree felling services.

We have reported you to the police, and we will be contacting trading standards next.

I suggest everyone thinks twice about too good to be true quotes. They also caused damage to a gate on our property. Felt pressured to provide more money on the day as they rushed to leave on the second day saying they would come back in the morning. More...

Tom came round today to cut back my hedge he done a wonderful Job his was very friendly and the price was very reasonable

I called Tom this morning due to my old tree collapsed in my garden and it was touching my conservatory and he was so kindly to come out and have a look at it due to it was boxing day he still came round with his team and we considered at good price and they started the work straight away time I got home from visiting my daughter it was all cleaned up and took away they was fabulous

The young lads arrived on time this morning they came to remove My 2 big privet hedges and they replaced the 2 hedges with laurel plants they both done a splendid job

Tom and his lovely team came bright and early this morning due to my tree fell on my House early hours this morning they come round straight away due to it was a emergency and I was completely shocked how quit they got it all of my house without causing enny ferver damageing I really do recommend Tom and his lovely team thank you guys well done

Put it this way I will never use them again I expected more for the money it cost me they I thought over going to tidy up my garden and when I asked about the weeding all he said was that isn't what we do even though that's what I told him I need to doing as well as the pruning they didn't even shape the stuff that they pruned I just chopped it off and that wasn't what I was expecting the amount of money he charged me so I was misled really

They was very kind and they completely blowed my mind how they took down my 5 big 100ft trees with out breaking nothing due to because they was very close to my house they really did do a fantastic fabulous job I really do recommend theses guys in future

Tom and his work partner was on time gave me a lovely estimate stuck to their price and the job was done to perfection

At first the job looked great
But the following day I noticed that there was some dead
Trees they had missed completely also the cleanup wasn’t
To the standard they had said

turnd up looked round sead he would come back whith price but never got back somebody turnd up gave me a price for the job like a fool he sead he would do the job started the job worked for about 2 hrs i paid him the money he never finised the work my fault cost me £350 for nothing thanks

Great guys. Did the work efficiently. Could be better at clearing up. Left a flag butt and blew the leaves around.

Great job done in levelling my hedge. Arrived on time and left the area as they found it taking away all waste. Good customer service and very friendly and professional. Good communication throughout. Came to quote when said they would. Agreed price and date to do the job. Kept me informed with any changes to this. Upon arrival Tom let me know he was there, and checked I was happy with the height of hedge before he continued the work.
All in all a good job. Very professional and friendly. Took away the trimmings and advised on how to look after the hedge going forward. Will recommend. More...
