I thoroughly recommend this Company. Steve came out very quickly to do the quote which was very competitive. They knew we had current problems at the farm, and kindly came out on a Sunday to install 4 security cameras. They were very thorough, and had it all up and running by the end of the day. You could hardly see the wiring, and the equipment is top notch, state of the art. They left the premises very neat and tidy afterwards. We now feel much more safe and secure. This company is 1st rate!. Steve and Joe are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
They arrived on time to put right my existing system which had previously been installed unsatisfactorily. They also installed 2 new cameras at my request.
Their workmanship is excellent as is their aftercare service. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they are always available and happy to help.

Joe and Steve not only get the job done efficiently and tidily, they also care a great deal about their customers, striving to understand their needs, and their quality products, of which they are very knowledgible. A great deal of care has been taken to make sure I'm happy with the procedure from start to finish, and it doesn't stop there. The app is tricky to use at first, so JS encouraged me to call them with issues, which I'm sure I will be doing soon! Having searched the internet for a company to supply and fit a good quality home alarm system, we found Joe and Chris at JS Security Systems. Having listened to Joes recommendations as to what would best serve our needs we were provided with a very competitive quote, which we decided to go with. I hired JS Security to replace my very old cctv system with a newer system. The time booked for the work was early afternoon but because of heavier than usual traffic they arrived slightly later. I thought that they may not complete the work before it got dark and would need to come back to complete the work but with the help of their headlamps, they worked through until the work was completed. On completion of the work they then tidied up after them taking all the rubbish and waste with them. Their quality of work and work rate is excellent and they involved me every time a decision was needed on the location and alignment of camera's. They set up my phone and tablet and showed me how to use the system to get the most benefit out of it. Both Steve and Joe are likeable guys who are very professional and knowledgeable about their industry. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my security experts of choice in future.
