Best bridal shop ever! I went to so many shops and didn’t have the best experience until I found JS Couture Bridal. As soon as I walked in I felt instantly relaxed and they listened to everything I said. I was very indecisive but at the same time knew what I wanted and they helped me find the perfect dress. I wanted to make a few changes and Jessie, Thushari and the team helped me with ideas and it was perfect. I enjoyed every fitting so much so that they felt like family - I was so comfortable with them all! I got married in Santorini and had a London reception a couple of months later, I wanted to wear my dress again but as you can imagine was slightly damaged as I had a solid night of dancing. I called Jessie and she and the team told me to bring it in and they will fix it for me. I would highly recommend JsCouture! I couldn't recommend JS Couture more highly. From the moment we walked in, Jessie was so lovely and easy to talk to, it made such a difference dealing with someone who was on our level completely and not just saying every dress I tried on was amazing on me! A wonderful team of ladies headed by the fantastic Jessie, who is incredibly experienced. From start to the very day I collected my wedding dress it was an absolute pleasure and very stress-free. As a bride, I can safely say I made the right decision by getting my dress from JS Couture. My fittings were great, and Jessie saved me from spending extra money on fittings by asking the right questions and going the extra mile. My dress is stunning and elegant, one of a kind. I have found this to be the best wedding dress store in London (I have visited so many!) I got married a couple of months ago in May and got my dress from JS. My sister also got married two years before me and got her dress from this same store. The service is amazing, they are so friendly, welcoming and genuinely want you to find the dress of your dreams. They do not pressure you to shop with them and they don’t clock watch during your appointment. I felt special on every visit and I have become such great friends with the team. My dress was amazing, and they customised it to give it the extra A factor I wanted. Everyone loved my dress and it was the talk of the day and even up until today. It was amazing that Jessie and Thushari were able to suggest my wedding dress for me based on my description and physique, and it ended up being the one I went with! I had been let down by a different shop where I had ordered my wedding dress. I contacted JS Couture to ask about an Enzoani dress which I had loved when I first saw in this shop last year. I dealt with Jessie who went out of her way to source me the dress in my size as I only had 6 weeks left before my wedding. I can't thank you enough for helping me out when I was in such despair. I loved my whole experience with JS Couture - the staff were so friendly and never made me feel rushed during any of my appointments. They helped me find a perfect dress and then further customise it until it was exactly what I had always imagined, and I felt amazing on my wedding day as a result. Amazing bridal shop in London! We experienced the most fantastic service from smiley Jade this afternoon. Very warmly welcomed and made very comfortable by the staff at JS Couture. Jade and her colleague picked a dress and put it on me after I told her what I liked and left it up to her. This dress was the first I tried on in the store and it ended up being the one I walked out with. Super happy with this, will be back for my alterations and fittings in April! Jessie and the team are really fantastic. I was given so much care, time and consideration when choosing the right dress for me and the whole process from start to finish was a joy. Jessie is truly brilliant and helped me to make small adjustments which made such a difference. The girls who helped me at the fitting ( French and Italian origins) were really nice and honest in their opinions. The range of dresses by different designers and in a diverse range of styles is really good. I walked into Js Couture almost by accident - or fate! Jessie and her team were so warm and helpful.
