Good amount of equipment, enough to do what you want to without much interruption. Is packed around 7-8pm so you have to either go in the evwning or just after 5 to quickly get your workout done. Open 24/7 for £19.99 pm. 20 treadmills, 7 xtrainers, 4 bikes, 2 recumbent bikes, 4 rowers, 2 steppers, 2 Stair machines, big spin studio, variety of weight machines and free weights area on 1st floor.
