Can not recommend JP enough, they say a coach can change the way you work but a great coach can change your life!! Well JP really is one of the best! I’ve worked with JP training now for 2 years. In this time the service offered has been fantastic and always improving to give you the best! The support and knowledge is fantastic both in the gym and through training and diet plans. Since completing my initial 12 week diet plan, my lifestyle changed for the better, my weight has stayed consistent, my mental health has improved and I still fit in my size 8 jeans. Since I started working with JP almost 2 years ago, my whole understanding of training and nutrition has changed dramatically. Prior to this, I would always cut calories to a bare minimum and never see results.

Working with JP has taught me that your body needs food to fuel workouts, we gradually increased calories, whilst losing weight and changing body composition. I was losing weight whilst consistently eating more food than I generally would have.

I am now in the best shape of my life, as planned, ready to get married in 2 weeks time.

Joe pushed me through many tough sessions and it has been an absolute pleasure to train & work with him, which I will continue to do as after these initial goals have been completed.

I would highly recommend JP Training to anyone looking to make a change in their training and diet.

Inclusive of diet & training plans alongside, 1-1 sessions give you the advantage of improving your technique, increasing your training intensity, and having myself guide you through a full session

If you're looking to take your physique to the next level, this ones for you! Full Online Coaching includes Nutrition plans, Training Plans, Weekly check ins/plan updates & monthly phone/zoom calls or in person catch ups (location depending), all with access to our brand new JPTraining App. For the best results, we suggest a minimum time frame of 12 weeks!

We offer a variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities! Our “Crucify” classes combine a range of strength & conditioning exercises to maximise output and help you achieve your strength/fitness targets! Our “WOD’s” are a combination of crossfit/conditioning & HIIT!
