Joe replied to my request for help with my broken tap soon after I posted my request on Bark. The tap could not be repaired and he found a similar new replacement tap for me as I requested. He gave me a quote which after checking current plumber rates for new tap fitting I was happy with. He came to fit the new tap 2 days later and it is working fine. when he came out the first time i was happy with the work he had done. then two days later i had to call him out again as the parts that he had replaced where faulty so he came back with another part and charged me £170 and i was told that he refund me the original cost which was £130 up to now i have received nothing i am very disappointed in him

It wasn’t to refund the original amount it was to refund for the faulty part, not sure why you haven’t just rang or messaged me

Joe came to fix my radiator leaking.i found him unprofessional.he was doing experiments to fix the leaking.at the end leaking was fixed but my radiator stopped getting warm.
when I contacted him to visit and check it again he said he has no availability to come.

Extremely incorrect I priced to fit the valves and when I got there she told me that she meant replaced them, so I replaced 3 radiator valves and the next day she told me it’s cold at the top of the radiator on one of the radiators which means there a bit of air there, I couldn’t get out the same day this is why we are reading this negative review, so uncalled for!

i i had to keep the door had a qualified plumber look at your work and he noted that the work you did on the cistern was very unprofessional and after you the toilet was making a noise and was not filling up correctly and was continually leaking water into the toilet

grossly overcharged and put wrong parts in toilet cistern and for that i was charged £160 had to call in another plumber to rectify the situation as i still could not use the toilet and when i told him it was not working he said he will have to put in a complete new cistern i refused !

This is incorrect, you told me the toilet wasn’t filling so I replaced the inlet valve, everything was fine when I left as I flushed toilet multiple times infront of u
