Had both a maternity and newborn shoot with Joyce and loved every minute of both!
Fantastic lady to work with. Very patient with the little ones which puts mum at ease in what could potentially be a stressful situation when baby won't settle for pics!
Very open to ideas you may also have for your shoot.

wee got our shoot for our newborn as a gift when we went joyce couldn't have been any more patient or lovely which put me at ease, waiting was key as our little one wouldn't sit or go to sleep after about 3 hours of perseverance joyce managed to get photos, I can't wait to see finished photos, thanks again joyce..xx

I had the pleasure of attending Joyce's studio for my maternity shoot- I was initially apprehensive but was quickly made to feel at ease! Joyce was so genuine and had fab ideas leaving me feeling confident and excited about the finished results. My photos had a quick turn around and I paid to receive more prints that's included in the package as I couldn't choose between them-they were all fab!! I then returned for a shoot for my newborn son and had the same experience. This time is was very calming and Joyce was incredibly patient. My son was so relaxed he slept through the shoot resulting in some fab photos! If you haven't booked Joyce yet- I would thoroughly recommend you do so! Thanks Joyce! x More...

My daughter's recent school pics were awful...as they were her first taken at high school and won't be done again for a few years, I contacted Joyce to see about coming into the studio to have her take some. She is very easy to deal with, immediately put my daughter at ease and took some really lovely natural shots. She even managed to get the self-conscious young lady to pull a few funny faces so we have some quirky stocking filler pics to bring some Christmas cheer to family this year. I recently had the privilege of hiring Joyce Martin to help me design a picture/montage for me. Due to the size of the picture and various subjects this took a few sessions. On each occasion, joyce went above and beyond my expectations. Joyce is extremely talented and has an eye for seeing things that will make great pictures. Joyce has a wonderful personality and made me feel completely calm and at ease, which is no easy task when photographing pets!
I recently started my own dog walking and pet visit business (wagalots) and needed a design for my van. I wanted something different and personal to me and my pets, like a montage. Joyce sat with me and listened to my ideas, suggested others and together we had a plan.
If your like me, I feel many photographers let you " think" they are listening but when it comes to the end product, they have went with their own ideas! Joyce takes on board all you say, looks at ways to develop and improve your suggestions, and includes you all the way through.
I am so glad I went to Joyce, she is incredibly professional, timely, attentive, and accommodating. She understood how important getting the right picture for my van was for me, and took her role in this very seriously. It was obvious she enjoys her profession and she made the whole experience fun. At no point did she become frustrated at her subjects when they wouldn't listen! I'm referring to my Dog, puppies, cat, rabbit, guinipigs, tortoise and cockateel, some borrowed from close friends.
I would highly recommend Joyce for any photography jobs you need done, if she can work with my pets and come up with such a fantastic final picture she can work with any subject.
Thank you Joyce, I'll be back when I need my next job done.

Been to Joyce twice now for new born and family shoot with 2 kids( 11months and 6yrs)
She is excellent with kids and adults alike. .. despite my 6 year old being a toad at times, she got wonderful shots of him with and without his sister... would thoroughly recommend her... be warned though, you'll want all the photos!!� More...

Have never had a professional shoot done but really wanted some nice photographs of my 5 yr old son and newborn daughter. Joyce was recommended to me by a friend so 13 days after eilidhs birth we booked in . Joyce was friendly and professional and immediately put us all at ease, she was very patient with the kids and it paid off the pictures are fantastic people have said the newborn pictures are the best they have seen the turn around is very quick and Joyce is a fantastic communicator so kept in constant touch with me I am so happy with the photos and the standard of service received is outstanding would definitely recommend Joyce to friends and family.
