Having worked in corporate events for many years, I understand how to deliver events that engage and empower. Food is a hot topic and through igniting the senses employees can begin to see the benefits of the knowledge of nutrition. Through practical demonstrations or one-to-one coaching individuals can be empowered by change.

Motivating a workforce and making them feel valued and understood supports satisfaction in the workplace. I provide workplace wellness strategy to include workshops and one-to-one delivery that is tailored to your employees and enhances the workplace environment to a nurturing space.

Promoting and investing in a long-term workplace wellness strategy embraces an inclusive and diverse workforce and in turn staff retention, absenteeism, loyalty and productivity are promoted.

What is wellness coaching?
Creating a space where YOU can discover new choices and possibilities can be transformative. Relationships with food are complex and whilst the understanding of what to eat and what to do are there you may become stuck in habits that are unconsious or concious.

Coaching in nutrition goes beyond our understandings, it supports new habits, nurturing and developing positive mindset towards eating and lifestyle.

Yoyo dieting or fad diets are common and exercising hard in order to reach a goal can compromise enjoyment from food, here denial of pleasure can overall in the quest of reaching a goal.
