About

I’m from the south coast of the UK and spent the last 10 years living in Texas. I started riding BMX at a young age and that became my obsession for as long as I can remember. However, documenting the sport and road trip lifestyle slowly became more important to me than the riding itself, and led me into the world of photography.

I started out in the photo industry as an assistant and lighting director, working on large commercial projects and travelling the world, this gave me a lot of experiences in this industry that I am very grateful for. I bring this knowledge and expertise with lighting to my own work while keeping everything feeling as natural as possible, even if made with studio lighting.

I shoot contemporary imagery that focuses on the moment in between, with an emphasis on motion and sport. My work explores lifestyle with a passion for documenting different subcultures and communities through intimate framing and a genuine connection with my subjects. Getting to work with great people is one my favourtie things about photography, every day on a shoot is different and I love working through the challenges of each job to find the best solution.

Recently, I’ve returned to the UK to continue my photo career and raise my children. If I’m not out shooting I’ll be out exploring mountain bike trails or tinkering with my bikes.
