My mission is to help people grow both personally and professionally. I focus on careers as well as building confidence, plus addressing issues such as a lack of self esteem or imposter syndrome.

What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for helping people grow both professionally, as well as personally where I can. It gives me huge satisfaction to see a positive change in my clients
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been in coaching now for well over six years, but decided last year to leave my corporate role and to start my own business Jointhedots Coaching Limited. I’m now focused on my coaching and mentoring clients
Why should our clients choose you?
I’ve proven over the last six years that I’ve been very successful in coaching people in many different ages and roles. Testimonials are on Bark and my website. I coach for different needs, including career coaching and dealing with issues, such as lack of self-confidence, imposter syndrome and the lack of self-esteem amongst others. Plus I work with ADHD clients from 13+. I’m highly empathetic, non-judgmental and able to build rapport quickly. I create and safe and comfortable environment for my clients whether in person or on line. And we have fun too.

I coach and mentor either face-to-face or online. I’ve done both for over five years now and both are effective, but in different ways. 
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not an issue anymore, but of course when we had Covid I did online coaching

Support to clients to change their lives for the better including addressing underlying issues that affect their confidence and self esteem. Career and leadership coaching are my forte, but my life experiences help me to help others address “blockers” that hold them back - too many to mention here. I also specialise in ADHD coaching through teens to older people.

Using my wealth of life experience in business and the world in general I offer honest and positive, pragmatic advice to clients so that they can make a positive step forward in their lives. I say how it is, but in a supportive and collaborative way.
