John is a great Trainer, friendly and even entertaining at times, although always professional. He has a wealth of knowledge in exercise, diet and general health. and has helped me get good results in the 4 years I've been training with him, especially with weight loss and diet advice. I would definitely recommend John as a Personal Trainer. I enjoyed every training session, which were always varied and challenging.
