Excellent! John recently came and photographed our first ever dance show and captured the day beautifully, from backstage, rehearsals to the show itself. Every picture is superb and all parents are thrilled to have those precious memories captured to treasure. John was fantastic throughout the day and everything from beginning to end was conducted to the most professional standard. More...

Really professional and friendly service. We arrived feeling a bit stressed and nervous having not taken part in a photo shoot before and John was great at making us feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. He was great at keeping our kids focussed and relaxed too, and really patient with them. More...

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Capturing mood and emotion, the use of the right light at the right time, the right colour tones in post processing etc. It all adds up to creating an image that conveys an emotion and not just documenting of a moment in time.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'd want to talk about what they want to achieve, and what style of photography they prefer showing examples etc. to get a feel for how I can deliver the absolute best for them.
What do you love most about your job?
That the images I produce are treasured for generations to come, this is especially true of Family portraiture and life events (Weddings, Christenings, Birthday Parties and even funerals)
What inspired you to start your own business?
So that I could shoot more and do more, I have a highly successful other business. My photography business is my pleasure and joy, not work.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will always go the extra mile - the images are as important to me as they are to you, I demand the highest possible standards of myself.
