What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved evrything involving properties. After moving a fews times and the poorly service i got everytime was shocking. I decided to go self employes to offer a different service by putting my clients first. My job is only done when the clients are happy.

Not comparable to most high street estate agents in and near Banbury, I’m the one in charge, and it’s me who decides how many properties I want to market any time and the standard of customer service I give to my clients and their property requirements.

I can provide my services from anywhere.I work from home as everything is online. I travel to clients properties when required, and that works well as the clients can contact me 24/7 via, calls, text, whatsapp, messenger, email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I was doing online valuation and viewings. Every property had a video tour. Hand gels. masks/gloves were provided and surface cleaned after every viewing, opening windows and doors.
Home Staging
The property languished on the market even after a £25K price reduction for an entire year. It was then that the homeowner contacted Joe for help.
Joe instantly recognised that the property had tremendous potential but seemed to have lost its appeal. The first step in revitalising this beautiful family home was acknowledging that a change was necessary.
A new approach to the property’s presentation was set in motion. The result was that the property looked so amazing that they increased the price by £25k and it sold in two weeks and completed 9 weeks later
