The most useless company ever! AVOID!!!. Shipment arrived in Ghana for more than two weeks and they are refusing to deliver to my recipient in Ghana,always giving excuses and changing the date for delivery.
The annoying thing is that my home is literally 20 mins from their office from their office in Ghana! .
I will give zero stars if I could. AVOID!AVOID AVOID!!!

Excellent service; they kept me updated At all times. I received an email when it arrived in Ghana on the 24th of December 2019 and it was delivered to Kumasi on the 26th December 2019 (today). The recipient was also very happy, as Jobyco Ghana called to confirm delivery, delivered the items at the agreed time/date and the package was intact ( no damage at all). First time I have used door to door service. Was very worried after reading reviews by which time they've already collected the boxes. Called their office and spoke to Festus who was very professional and reassured me that the items will be in Ghana in 5 weeks. The items were delivered in 5 weeks!
