Once again your fantastic advice has helped me out! slowing my pace this week has worked a miracle and my leg feels much better! I’m gona take it easy this week too then after the half I’m gona either do slow paced runs and some “jeffing” for a bit. I feel comfortable running at a faster pace but as you said, my legs just haven’t quite built up the strength yet to cope with it. I’m going to crack on with your leg strengthening exercises - thanks again for you advice! ♀️ xx More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By finding their goals and staying focused to help them achieve it. There might be a favourite piece of kit that really motivates them, or the desire to achieve something big like running a first 5km run or a marathon.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency.
Regularly working on your goal, little and often will help you to achieve the body you’re most happy with and sustain it.
What do you love most about your job?
The people and the great outdoors!
I work with a wide spectrum of people, from Pre & post-natal to active older adults. All have very different goals, different surroundings in which they want to train. Every day is different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Needing flexibility to work around my children as my husband works away.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should book in a free consultation and see if they like me, my attitude and what I can offer them!
The feedback I get from my clients is great, I feel like I’m part of their lives and having a wonderful impact.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Absolutely, I use Zoom to deliver my online PT services and my Zoom Fitness classes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All PT is currently online or out doors, following government guidelines.
I carry gels and sprays with me and any kit I supply is cleaned between use. Wherever possible I will assign clients their own kit that day to limit cross contamination.
I’m not currently offering boxing services or use of my mats as I can’t properly clean gloves internally between use.
