Very unhappy - he contacted me and came home to see my plants. He told me he could do the job but he just needed a few days to sort things out.
Well, it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. He didn't even reply when I contacted him (but he is very active on this site) - would have been nice to tell me he was not interesting instead of wasting my time.

Jimmy was great to deal with over the phone and was really lovely to deal with at the house. Him and his colleague turned up at lunchtime and came back about 30 minutes later to start the job after a slight miscommunication on our side.
