Had my little girls party with jm entertainment had a hiccup with blaenymaes community centre not being opened up in time jm entertainment were so understanding and even sent someone back down after an hour to see if everything was OK with the slush machine and bouncy castle would highly recommend to book these top class service thank you very much

Can't recommend JM Entertainment enough. Even got to the party venue before us and phoned to check they had the right place! Professional and friendly and our twins and all their friends had a blast at their first birthday party. We hired the jungle bouncy castle and the jungle and princess soft play and all the children (aged 4 months - 6 years) were entertained for the full 2 hours. Thank you so much James. I have used JM Entertainment previously for one of my daughter's parties and they could not be more obliging. James and his staff are very friendly and will be flexible to suit requirements. If there are any problems with setting up equipment, James will stay and help out and similarly if there are any glitches with equipment once it is set up, James or another staff member from JM will come back and sort that out too.
