JLB Electrical are the best electrical company I have used so far. I’ve had 3 different visits so far. 2 with James who repaired some wiring in the wall on one visit and on his second grounded our gas and removed a socket from a wall we will be getting rid of. The craftsmanship on the cabling was beyond phenomenal when he grounded our gas. It has been well hidden in the wall cavity and extremely tidy. Absolutely passed my expectations. Matt recently visited on the third who had a look at our light fitting which was making some unwanted noises. Due to a safety concern I contacted JLB again and thankfully Matt was able to visit within the day of contacting them. This made me feel so at ease as they understand that electrical safety is key. Although there was no clear indication of what was causing these issues apart from some slight burning in the dimmer switch, Matt kindly offered to replace the light fitting and the light switch for us there and then. Both James and Matt have been fantastic, down to earth and easygoing. I would also like to thank Jasmine who was a huge help with getting dates arranged and giving me peace of mind when I was concerned. The customer service from all involved is outstanding and sets a excellent example of how all should be. I’ve got plenty of things left to be done in the house and I will be going back to JLB for an electrical needs. More...
